    I’m on my very first day.. I’ve been loading up as they say and I’ve gained 3 lbs. I’m freaking out.. I don’t want to gain weight and then have to lose this extra weight also. help…

    Don’t freak out and don’t worry about it – you will lose all of the wait you gain on Phase I and then some in the first 1-2 days of Phase II. Relax.

    so i have been taking the hcg for about 7 days now but have not started the diet
    yet i plan on starting tommarow. Will the diet still work the same if i have
    been taking the hcg for 7 days before rather than just 2 days?

    Not sure why you did that. What happens is after 40 days (and you’d be skipping every 7th day) you build up a tolerance to the HCG. So, you basically wasted 5 days of potential benefit at the END of Phase II. In other words, you’ll be fine up until 35 days, then it will prob. stop working (give or take).

    I gained 2 pounds loading for 2 days. Then I lost 4 pounds on on day 3. So load up and don’t worry about it. I’m now on day 4 and down 6 pounds. Also for those looking for a good deodorant replacement. Alcohol under the arms works great!

    Yup, the weight gained on the 2 Load Days is NOTHING to worry about – comes off on the first day of Phase II and then some in almost ALL cases.
